Schedule:
3x12 hour Day shifts 6:00 am 6:30 pm Every other weekend required
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required Licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin Previous experience working with adult patient populations preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care to adult patients following physicians orders Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ventilator management, oxygen administration, and airway management Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records Educate patients and families about respiratory therapy and home-care techniques
