- Assessing and developing personalized therapy plans for residents with communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Collaborating with residents to help them achieve their goals and tracking their progress along the way.
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Educating and supporting residents and their families , empowering them to actively participate in the recovery process and achieve their highest potential.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Alaska.
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and your team.
- Compassionate , with a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for those you work with.
- A team player who can also work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.
