Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity to support schools by providing Speech-Language Pathology services. This full-time position runs the entire school year and is perfect for those passionate about making an impact on students' communication skills. With several SLP openings available, there's room for both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals to thrive in a collaborative, well-supported environment known for fostering growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP in Alaska Certification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience—or strong interest—in working with school-aged children across diverse backgrounds and needs Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseloads and adapt intervention strategies as needed
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress Work closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Provide input on best practices and interventions across a range of cases This contract presents a travel opportunity for professionals eager to discover a new location while advancing their careers.
