Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellows Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or K12 school-based settings Effective communication skills and dedication to working with students of varied abilities Ability to adapt to different caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Manage assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and provide interventions for K12 students Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Partner with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring Adapt instruction and therapy approaches based on the unique needs of each caseload
