The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Speech-Language Pathology and a passion for making a meaningful impact in education. Your caseload and specific location assignments will be determined by the needs across the network, ensuring your expertise is matched where it's most valuable. Preferred applicants have firsthand knowledge of educational regulations and hands-on experience with pediatric and adolescent populations. An ability to interpret diagnostic information and familiarity with IEP and special education terminologies will set you up for success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and clear, effective communication—both written and spoken—are essential.

Qualifications include:

Valid Professional Educator Certification Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited institution Strong grasp of special education laws, rules, and best practices Understanding of physical/cognitive development and related diagnostic tools Data management and policy interpretation abilities Preferred experience: ASHA Certification and ABSESPA Licensure Role responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress Document student outcomes and maintain compliance with all regulations This is a strictly on-site role designed for those who thrive in dynamic, student-centered environments.
