Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current or pending
ABESPA AL SLP
Certification, and/or
AL SLP DOE
Certification (may start with one, pending the other) Masters in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC-SLP Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students Commitment to culturally responsive and evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades 36 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative services in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with teaching staff and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary meetings Why Take this Assignment?
