Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Eligibility for Alabama state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable delivering teletherapy as well as on-site speech-language services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress Document treatment plans, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school and state policies Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on communication goals and strategies Foster an inclusive and supportive environment tailored to each student's needs
