Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills will be considered Solid understanding of IEPs, speech/language assessments, and tailored interventions Strong communication and collaboration abilities Dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services for students with a variety of communication challenges Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to address each students needs holistically Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
