Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered Prior experience working with school-age children and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is ideal Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess students speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide clear, actionable recommendations Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers to support student progress Maintain thorough and timely records of student performance and therapy sessions Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions to promote communication success
