This onsite, in-person position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on approximately 50 students at a single location, beginning as soon as possible and running through December 18, 2026.

Qualifications:

Current Alabama licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-A) New graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates in their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year are welcome SLPA candidates will also be strongly considered Supervision is available for SLP-CF and SLPA professionals Commitment to in-person/on-site servicesremote work is not available for this role

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, school-based speech and language therapy, supporting a caseload of PreK through 1st grade students Implement individualized education plans (IEPs), document progress, and collaborate with other educational professionals Work five days per week, Monday through Friday, with a consistent 30-hour workweek, all at one school site Provide guidance and support as needed, leveraging supervision opportunities to advance your own skills Enjoy a role designed for work-life balance and professional growth.
