Qualifications:

Valid Alabama SLP licensure or eligibility required Open to new graduates and SLPAs SLP-CF candidates welcomesupervision provided School-based experience or interest preferred Availability to work onsite (not remote)

Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language services for PreK1st grade students Maintain an individualized caseload of approximately 50 students at a single school site Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Document assessments, progress, and IEP goals consistent with school guidelines Participate in school meetings and multidisciplinary team planning Provide high-quality coverage for leave of absence through December 18, 2026
