9606663-35763 Job Description Step into an impactful role supporting K-5 students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative elementary school setting. This contract opportunity is perfect for professionals who excel with pediatric populations and have a passion for helping young learners thrive. Youll work onsite and cover a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students, providing meaningful therapy and support throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Experience with pediatric populations, particularly school-aged children (K-5) Previous work in a school environment and/or healthcare setting preferred Proficient in a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques, with strong documentation and communication skills Familiarity with teletherapy and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to K-5th grade students Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support positive student outcomes Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and district requirements Provide guidance and resources to staff and parents, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
