Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Deep familiarity with regulations governing special education and related programs for children with disabilities. Understanding of pediatric and adolescent cognitive and physical development, as well as diagnostic tools relevant to evaluating speech and language needs. Proficient in terminology describing learning and physical disabilities. Competence in compiling and analyzing relevant data, as well as interpreting laws and policies related to educational services. Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Ability to adapt and contribute flexibly across assignments based on changing school requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Professional Educator Certification. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

ASHA (CCC) Certification and ABSESPA Licensure.

Position Information:

Contract assignment running ASAP through June 10. One or two openings available. On-site work only—virtual assignments are not available.
