Required Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license (Alabama state, or eligibility for reciprocity) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working with school-aged populations preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress Provide direct therapy sessions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support to teachers and families Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
