Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Alabama Prior school-based SLP experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Passion for serving diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster success Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
