Job Description

Job Summary Build your own speech pediatric caseload in a nature-based practice. Perfect for therapists who want flexibility, parents returning to work, school OTs looking for supplemental income, or clinicians transitioning out of traditional clinics.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients. Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each child's needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques. Deliver engaging therapy sessions in nature-based and community settings ensuring effective communication progress. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support holistic patient care. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies to maximize outcomes and meet developmental milestones. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
