9609706-72023 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting young learners at a vibrant daycare center in central Arkansas. This school-based speech-language pathology contract runs through May 2027 and welcomes candidates with a passion for early childhood intervention. You'll join a dedicated team focused on making an impact for a caseload of approximately 36-40 students in an onsite setting. This role is well-suited for professionals looking for stability, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes in a school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Current and valid SLP license (will also consider those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering each childs communication and developmental goals
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse group of young children Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress Conduct regular screenings and progress monitoring Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
