Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Commitment to evidence-based therapy approaches and IEP compliance Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain precise and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and support ongoing student success
