Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license (required) SLP Educator Certificate (required) Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be current) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred Experience working in school-based or early childhood settings is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseloads and adjust to varying responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Serve preschool students and participate in Child Find evaluations, supporting early identification and intervention Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services according to students IEPs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and participate actively in eligibility and IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress Flexibly manage a caseload that may fluctuate based on evaluation and direct therapy demands
