SMART Pediatric Therapy is a collaborative OT/ST clinic with experienced SLP supervision, guaranteed W-2 hourly pay, built-in documentation time, and a fully equipped sensory gym. Our regulation-first, whole-child approach helps therapists look beyond surface behaviors and support the underlying skills children need for communication, engagement, and participation. Compensation and Workstyle Compensation:

$28-$35/hour guaranteed W-2 pay, based on experience. Guaranteed hourly pay, including cancellations. Weekly bonus opportunities. Core Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Support children in a center-based clinic environment using engaging, play-based, child-centered therapy approaches. Provide parent education and home programming. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Key Qualifications Active Arizona SLPA license Pediatric experience preferred Ability to provide treatment under SLP supervision Strong ability to manage a busy pediatric treatment schedule Comfortable working with children with autism, sensory/regulation needs, speech-language delays, and varying participation needs Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation Strong communication skills with families, supervising SLPs, and team members Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
