1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in Gilbert, AZ. Details 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on treatment and recovery from severe injury or illness Patients include adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury Common diagnoses include neurological conditions, Parkinson's disease, and debility Adult acute rehab patient population EHR systems include UDS and Cerner Monday through Friday shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM One weekend shift required per month No call or float requirements 13-week contract Requirements ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Current BLS certification (AHA-issued) required Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required Experience with adult patient populations required Acute rehabilitation experience preferred Arizona SLP license required if applicable Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Provide individualized rehabilitation services tailored to patients recovering from neurological and physical conditions Burgundy/wine colored scrubs required Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
