Essential qualifications and experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience with pediatric populations, especially early childhood and elementary-aged students Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and multidisciplinary collaboration Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs Key responsibilities include: Delivering direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students in grades K12 Assessing, diagnosing, and developing tailored intervention plans for students with communication disorders Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff Maintaining accurate records and progress reports Providing consultative support and resources to educational teams and families In this role, youll benefit from competitive weekly pay and hourly rates ranging from $40 to $60, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and access to a 401(k) plan with company matching.
