Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive school environment near Mesa, AZ. This contract position centers around working with pediatric students, helping them develop essential communication skills and succeed both academically and socially.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Experience or training in pediatric speech and language disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, families, and school staff Ability to organize caseload, manage documentation, and adapt to a dynamic school setting
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students speech, language, and communication skills Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), tailoring interventions to each student's unique needs Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress Participate in regular meetings, professional development activities, and school initiatives to enhance student outcomes As a valued clinician, youll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will empower students to thrive.
