Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state SLP licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered. Recent experience with school-based or pediatric populations, especially grades 46, is highly valued. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families. Comfortable working full-time, on-site during a traditional academic calendar.

What Youll Do:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in 4th-6th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups. Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings. Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support. Educate and support families regarding strategies to reinforce progress at home.
