We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to the neurodivergent community across the Phoenix Valley. We are looking for passionate, Arizona-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who want the freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client-base of a premier local provider. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat infants, children, and adolescents with feeding challenges, oral motor deficits, sensory-based feeding difficulties, dysphagia, and related communication disorders. This role requires strong clinical judgment, family-centered care, and collaboration with medical and therapeutic professionals.     Direct Therapy:
    $75.00 / hour
      Evaluations:
      $120.00 / hour
        SLPA Supervision:
        $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided) Why Contract with AACT?

                Supervision Incentives:
                Earn additional income by mentoring the next generation of SLPAs Key Responsibilities
                • Conduct comprehensive feeding and swallowing evaluations.
                • Develop individualized treatment plans for children with feeding disorders and dysphagia.
                • Provide evidence-based feeding therapy utilizing responsive feeding and child-led approaches when appropriate.
                • Assess oral motor skills, sensory processing factors, mealtime behaviors, and swallowing safety.
                • Educate and coach caregivers on feeding strategies, home programming, and carryover techniques.
                • Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, physicians, dietitians, and other providers.
                • Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and insurance-related documentation in a timely manner.
                • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning.
                • Maintain compliance with state licensure, ASHA standards, and payer requirements. Qualifications
                Education:
                Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
                  Licensure:
                  Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
                    Experience:
                    Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.
                      Mobility:
                      Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home-based services.
                        Mindset:
