Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year near Mount Lemmon, AZ. This contract position is open to both full-time and part-time professionals who are dedicated to helping children and adolescents achieve meaningful communication goals in a dynamic school setting. Leverage your clinical expertise and passion for positive student outcomes to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse pediatric caseload within the school environment. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized education plans and foster an inclusive atmosphere where every child's voice can be heard.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Prior experience with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings. Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and implementing therapy for various speech, language, and communication disorders. Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to document progress clearly. Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities. Relevant state licensure (or eligibility).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans to address students' unique needs. Provide direct therapeutic services to support communication development and academic achievement. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to integrate therapies into the classroom environment. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate records and submit thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
