Full-Scale SLP Track:

Manage a dedicated caseload from initial intake and evaluation through weekly play-based treatment sessions and successful discharge.

Assessment & Evaluation Specialist Track:

Focus exclusively on diagnostic assessments and evaluations. Uncover clinical insights, write comprehensive care plans, and hand them off to our treatment team with zero ongoing weekly caseload commitments.

Your Role & Impact Diagnostic Evaluations:

Administer evidence-based speech, language, and feeding assessments to pinpoint developmental needs.

Treatment Planning:

Create customized, innovative care plans tailored to each child's strengths. Dynamic Therapy (Treatment Track): Provide engaging, play-based therapy for children with diverse speech, language, and swallowing needs.

Family Engagement:

Coach parents and caregivers with actionable strategies to support communication at home.

Team Collaboration:

Maintain accurate digital documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary network of pediatric specialists.

What We're Looking For Education:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.

Credentials:

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.

Licensure:

Active (or pending) Arizona State SLP License.

Experience:

Pediatric clinical or educational experience strongly preferred.
