PRISMGLOBAL360
is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients. The SLP will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and monitor progress to support improved communication, cognitive, and swallowing function. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and identify speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide effective speech and swallowing therapy based on patient needs. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Follow all clinical, safety, and infection-control standards. Maintain a minimum 90% productivity level . Requirements CCC-SLP certification. Active state SLP license or compact eligibility. BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
