Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred Experience or keen interest in school-based and pediatric settings Ability to adapt to various ages and caseloads as assigned Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based therapy and compliance with all ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech, language, and communication services to students from PreK through 8th grade Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Provide both direct and consultative services in individual and small group settings Develop engaging therapy materials tailored to student needs Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and IEP reviews as required
