Step into a dynamic contract opportunity designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with school-based expertise. Serve K-8 students in a supportive educational setting for the upcoming school year (2026-2027). Youll have the opportunity to make a real impact, supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 58 students and working a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Required Department of Education certificate (DOE Cert) IVP fingerprint clearance card Previous experience providing speech therapy in a school setting, particularly K-8, is highly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Expectations:
Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy, crafts tailored treatment plans, and monitors progress for K-8 students Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide support, education, and resources to staff and families for optimal student outcomes Thrive in a collaborative environment and bring energy to a meaningful educational mission
