This contract role offers the chance to make a genuine difference for over 60 children across three Special Day Classes (SDC), working primarily with mild to moderate caseloads. Enjoy the benefit of SLPA support for two days each week, so you can focus on delivering impactful therapy and meaningful outcomes. Your expertise and passion for helping young learners will be key in a role that values quality care, teamwork, and flexible service delivery—including teletherapy as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or eligibility for CFY Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy modalities Familiarity with mild/moderate disabilities and experience managing a larger elementary caseload Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

What You'll Do:

Provide assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy to elementary-aged students in SDC classrooms Collaborate with teachers, SLPA, and support staff to design and implement tailored intervention plans Offer guidance for classroom communication strategies and ensure compliance with school and district guidelines Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings alongside school teams Utilize SLPA support effectively to maximize student outcomes
