Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Monitor and document progress of patients throughout the treatment process
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide guidance and support to patients' families and caregivers
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology with liability insurance.
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and their treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
