Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
  • Monitor and document progress of patients throughout the treatment process
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide guidance and support to patients' families and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology with liability insurance.
  • Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and their treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
