Compensation:
$73.00 - $103.00 per hour Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development Monitor and document students' progress during therapy sessions Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Minimum one (1) year of experience Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and families Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred Compensation & Benefits $73.00 - $103.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) + Sign-On Bonus Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision) Excellent clinical support to help you thrive in your role About the Employer A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated clinicians to support students through high-quality in-person and hybrid therapy programs.
