Job Description

This full-time opportunity is located near Coachella, CA and focuses on working with a preschool caseload. Qualifications:
Active ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License Certificate of Clearance (COC) required Previous experience in a school setting, especially with preschool-aged children, is highly desirable Familiarity with SEIS documentation is a plus Strong collaboration skills, compassion, and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to preschool students, tailoring interventions to individual needs Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals Document progress using SEIS or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance Deliver consultations and share strategies with caregivers and staff to generalize language skills in the classroom Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student success Enjoy a competitive hourly rate between $60 and $65, along with a robust benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
