This part-time role begins with 8 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needs arise, offering a great balance for those who appreciate adaptability in their schedule.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); Clinical Fellowships (CFYs) are welcome and supported Previous experience or strong interest in working within a school-based or pediatric setting Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with school policies and state guidelines Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs Provide direct therapy services to students one-on-one and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each child's progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required Educate and consult with parents and teachers to reinforce interventions and strategies This engaging school-based contract gives you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in students' growth while maintaining work-life balance.
