Key Qualifications:

Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) California SLP license or eligibility Experience working with elementary school students preferred Familiarity with a range of mild to moderate speech/language disorders Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills Able to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school teams Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability

Core Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services for an elementary caseload, addressing mild to moderate needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress Write and update IEPs, attend IEP meetings, and document therapy notes as required Support classroom staff with strategies, accommodations, and instructional recommendations Participate in site-based meetings and professional development opportunities Rotate between one or two nearby school sites as assigned Engage students in dynamic and motivating therapy sessions
