Key Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California (SLP-CCC required) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong organizational and communication abilities Passion for working with elementary-aged students

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to a mixed caseload of 55 students Work on-site, focused on speech-only and resource students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with school teams and families Maintain thorough student records and progress notes
