Qualifications & Experience:
Active SLP license in California ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability to quickly integrate into new teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance Support a caseload of 55 students at one site from January through end of March (potential for extension) Commit to a 7:30am3:00pm, 35-hour workweek
