This contract opportunity offers full-time roles supporting students' communication development during key leave of absences. You'll play an essential part in shaping students' academic and social experiences across preschool, elementary, or middle school campuses. Your talents will support a diverse group of learners with a manageable caseloadapproximately 55 students per SLP. Youll collaborate onsite with educators and other professionals, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to students with varying speech and language needs.

Key Qualifications:

Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Active California SLP license in good standing Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Comfort delivering therapy to both individual students and groups Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement targeted treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school policies Engage students in supportive, evidence-based interventions Communicate progress to families and school personnel
