Qualifications and Background Desired:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience supporting students in early childhood, elementary, middle, and/or high school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans Previous school-based SLP experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students speech, language, and communication skills to identify needs Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each students goals Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across grade levels Pre-K through 12 Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families for comprehensive support Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth
