Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology required Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Compassionate and adaptable approach to supporting diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based pediatric population Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social success Maintain clear documentation on student progress and work in alignment with IEP guidelines Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed Provide guidance and support to families regarding therapy practices and progress Why Consider This Opportunity?
