Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required. Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain). Previous experience in a school setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with a variety of speech and language disorders across age groups.

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate records, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
