Job Description

Passionate about making a lasting impact on young learners? This full-time contract opportunity near Fontana, CA, is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists ready to empower elementary students through critical communication support. You'll join a dedicated team working 35 hours per week with a manageable, elementary caseload. Ideal candidates are SLPs with strong clinical skills in pediatric and school settings, including teletherapy modalities. Both experienced Clinical Fellows and CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply—however, this role is not available for SLPAs. VOCO and virtual service delivery models are welcomed, providing additional flexibility.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in California (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, open to qualified CFs with relevant supervision Previous experience in pediatrics, schools, or teletherapy highly valued Strong understanding of school-based documentation, IEPs, and goal writing Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Proficient with teletherapy platforms for virtual service delivery (VOCO capable)
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to elementary students with diverse speech-language needs Develop IEP goals and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines Partner with teachers, families, and other school professionals to ensure comprehensive support Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP meetings Adapt services for in-person or virtual/VOCO delivery as needed Envision yourself making a difference in a collaborative school environment—whether on campus or through teletherapy.
