Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required California state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Solid understanding of school-based therapy practices Ability to work collaboratively with SLPA and other education professionals Experience with MAT (Medical Assistance Team) coverage is an advantage Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students Collaborate closely with the onsite SLPA for service delivery Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines Track student progress and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other service providers regarding student progress and needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Perks of the
