What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) California SLP licensure (or eligibility) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams Conduct evaluations and document progress for students with communication needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with state and federal guidelines
