About Hemet Hills Post Acute Hemet Hills Post Acute is committed to providing high-quality, around-the-clock skilled nursing care. We proudly serve the Hemet community with short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Pay:
Starting at $50-55 per hour, DOE Our facility features: Private bathrooms with showers Expansive common areas A variety of social, recreational, and wellness activities A talented multidisciplinary care team Support from PACS Services, allowing our teams to focus on delivering exceptional resident care What You'll Do As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support recovery and maximize independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate residents, families, and staff regarding communication strategies and treatment goals Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements What We're Looking For Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees Supportive leadership team and positive work culture Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and their families Apply Today Join a team dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.
