Key Qualifications:

Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California Experience in school-based speech therapy, particularly with adolescents Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet students IEP goals Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students Familiarity with compliance documentation and progress reporting

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to middle and high school students Conduct comprehensive assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student progress Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of compliance documents Support students in developing communication, language, voice, and fluency skills Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development By joining this assignment, youll have the chance to support student success and growth while gaining valuable experience in a school setting.
