A contract position is available for an experienced SLP eager to support communication and language development in a vibrant, collaborative school setting near La Mesa, CA. Ideal candidates will bring a strong commitment to student success and foster an inclusive environment where every learner's voice is valued. This role provides the chance to work closely with educators, families, and support staff, focusing on comprehensive speech and language services for K-12 students.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly desired Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude Ability to develop creative, individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy and consultative services in individual and group settings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development and progress monitoring Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely reporting Engage with teachers, parents, and educational teams to promote student achievement
