THE PROGRAM
Parent Care Family Recovery Services are designed for chemically dependent women and their families who are at high risk for child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness. A majority of women in treatment also have a dual psychiatric diagnosis and a host of physical health related issues.THE POSITION
The Clinician is responsible for the clinical integrity, assessment, planning and delivery of mental health services to the client. She/he assures that all provided services, program documentation, and billing are consistent with company policies and various county and community contracts and any federal, state, county, and district requirements.Duties include:
Provide counseling/mental health services Practice as a member of a multidisciplinary team Provide clinical assessments, intervention and support to clients. Complete proper clinical documentation in a timely manner.REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree ACSW/AMFT/APHA/APCC, registration or License in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Science. Experience working in a mental health program or clinic, treatment facility or other behavioral health setting. 2-4 years professional experience in working with target population. Experience and knowledge in assessment and treatment theories for target population. Valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation required. Bilingual preferred. Must pass background check, drug test, and TB test. Must offer certain linguistic, gender, cultural and ethnic specific skills: must be able to work with culturally diverse population. HOURS Mon- Fri, 8:30am
- 5pm PAY $33.50 for Registered $35.25 for Licensed These are starting rates and may be adjusted up based on education and experience. Current Vista Hill employees in these job titles for 2026 are paid: $33.50

Employees working over 30 hours a week receive employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (vacation and sick leave), paid holidays, employer-paid retirement contribution and clinical supervision (if applicable). Some programs qualify for student loan forgiveness programs. Employees who work less than 30 hours a week do not qualify for healthcare benefits.ABOUT US
