A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Simply Speech Therapy is a boutique pediatric practice specializing in early intervention, late talkers, and Gestalt Language Processing. Our owner has worked in school districts and private practice, and started this company to do it differently: real mentorship, realistic caseloads, and leadership that's still hands-on in the clinical work. We're looking for a part-time SLP to join our team long-term, with real opportunity to grow into a full-time, salaried role as your caseload builds. The Role $53 to $57/hour, paid for all your time including sessions, drive time, and documentation, plus mileage reimbursement Mornings preferred, but flexible Primarily ages 0 to 5, Regional Center and insurance clients (occasional older kiddos, just know that going in) Mostly in-home, some clinic-based sessions in Laguna Hills 4% 401(k) match, CEU and materials reimbursement, paid sick leave What We're Looking For CA SLP license (or CF eligible); clinical experience valued, but we especially welcome candidates early in their careers who are motivated and eager to grow Comfortable with in-home work and reliable transportation Someone looking for the right long-term fit; we'd rather wait for that than rush a hire Sound Like You?
